Beef Lasagna

(A-Beef)
1kg minced beef
1 onion
3cloves garlic
1can tomato puree
salt
mixed herbs/oregano
pepper
olive oil

(B-White Sauce)
1/2 bar butter
1pt fresh milk
some flour

(others)
mozarella cheese-grated
pre-cooked lasagna leaves

(A)
1. guna olive oil utk tumis onion ngan garlic sampai wangi
2. masukkan beef sampai beef jadik brown
3. add tomato puree, salt,herbs & pepper to taste
4. set (A) aside
(B)
5. cairkan butter dalam pan (api kecil)
6. pour in milk
7. masukkan flour bit by bit utk pekatkan sauce (boleh bancuh flour dgn milk dulu utk elakkan mixture jadi berketul-ketul)
8. sediakan bekas/casserole, sendukkan sedikit (A) dan ratakan, sendukkan sedikit (B) dan ratakan atas layer (A), then susun lasagna leaves atas layer (B).
9. ulang layering dan akhirkan dengan layer (B), taburkan mozarella cheese.
10. bakar dalam oven sampai cheese melts......yummmy
